Sucramento, CA – As Florida and other red states are working hard to make sure every man, woman, child and senile moribund elderly person has the right to carry a concealed gun for the purpose of self defense and to strike fear and possibly lead in the hearts of evil doers, California has added a constitutional amendment to guarantee the right of women to carry a concealed penis for the purpose of self delusion and to destroy any remnant of Biological Women’s rights.
State Senator Anita Brain proudly asserted under a flapping rainbow flag hoisted to half staff to show solidarity with, and empathy for some tragedy real or imagined, which may have befallen some member of the alphabet community… sometime, somewhere…
“The right of a woman to carry a concealed penis must not be infringed!”
And in the next breath, infringed the right by adding, “We would of course still have to legislate the maximum allowable size of the concealed penis. I mean, have you seen some of them? The bulge alone will be enough to scare people.” She said while pushing up her bra, stroking the length of her outer thigh, longingly sighing and fanning herself with her fingers.
Gaining her composure she continued, “Nevertheless, our evil white slave owning founding fathers, who wore wigs and therefore may have been our closeted founding mothers, not mothers, I mean birthing people who were pregnant with our new nation – they, THEY, would be proud of this legislation.
